We, unfortunately, have not had a great experience. We hired Kat with Apple and Egg photography to do a newborn session for my sister's first baby at the beginning of October (6 months ago). At the time of booking we purchased and paid for an accordion book. After initial booking, we have had a really hard time communicating with Kat as we only have email contact. Kat provided me with a list of vendors she recommended, and this was how I found our officiant, DJ, hair, and makeup stylists.
