Very disappointing experience. I had to move my calendar around to make my first appointment work only to have them ask to switch the time last minute. Then they wanted me to travel to another location to keep our original scheduled time. Then I tried to make the new appointment time work only for them to not respond. They don’t seem like they value potential client’s time.
I went in to order glasses on a Friday. I had never been before. The girls were nice but new or in training. I picked my glasses, picked what I wanted for them and was given the total. I agreed to pay half that day and half when I picked them up. I asked them if since I was new I had to fill out any paperwork. They said no. I knew it was Friday afternoon and assumed it would probably be Monday before they ordered them. That was fine. I did call the same day to make sure the glasses would have anti scratch on them. Dr. Gellar is great!
Dr Geller and staff are the very best. I have been a patient for over twenty years and find the Sandy location to be my personal favorite. Dr Geller works with one of the best optical laboratories around. Gail and staff will take good care of you. I give them 5 Stars in all areas.
