Best that I can tell it is a husband and wife operation. The wife and her behavior towards my son when we went on Thursday is one of the reasons that the market fair at Fort Frederick has been in decline for years. I ordered a couple knife blanks. One came great the other was horribly ground. I emailed karen a picture and she said I could return it but when I replied asking for a return address or label she never replied. I sent several emails and left a phone call. That was almost a month ago now. I never write bad reviews but I feel I have no other choice. I've attached photos of the bad blade they sent and a good one I bought off of etsy.
