I am sorry to complain I was told by the bus barn they're short on bus drivers and I understand that but that is not my fault or my son's fault and he's late for school every day how long it takes for his bus to get here and pick him up can please something be done about it? And It's getting colder too and can't keep be waiting outside forever with him he's 6 years old. Thank you

Tammy answered the phone when I called to ask a question. Before I could get out the question she interrupted me with what she thought was going to be the answer to my question. It was not. She was rude and didn’t end up helping us at all.
