HORRIBLE!!!!! No one communicates, not even the school when the buses are running late/behind. I have called numerous of times for the bus route and NOBODY answers!!! Please do better, Its too hot to be out there for over 20-30 minutes, sometimes 1hour!!!

Would give 0 Stars. The company and and driver are very rude and arrogant. Hope Carver never use their service ever again. My daughters hate catching the bus.
