I was racially profiled when i deposited a 6 figure check at this branch by Nalini Ramroop who closed my account out of spite and retaliation after i filed complaints with the New York State Attorney general and CFPB when my check cleared and she requested to freeze my account again after the 14 day hold. Nalini Ramroop also lied to her superiors and said i requested to have my account closed but i have tons of evidence proving otherwise. Ill see you in court Nalini.

I opened a 7month Certificate of Deposit August’23 with a 4,50% APY. I have made several attempts informing this bank that my statement showing 4,41% APR and not 4.50% APY. The CD matures on 3/17/24 and the rate is still showing 4.41 APR. To-date no 4.50%APY had applied to my account. This is unethical practice. My Certificate of Deposit agreement shows 4,50% APY for the 7 months maturity term and not 4,41% interest rate that is showing. I will be closing this account next week when it matures on 3/17/24.
