Have been using this bank for 6 years has always been great. They offer good promotions and Jamie has helped me manage all of my accounts.
The card reader to let you into the lobby to use the ATM hardly ever works. Twice this week alone I was unable to gain access. They appear to have no interest in fixing this issue since this has been going on for months.
The hours since Covid are terrible. On Saturdays you can’t park. It’s a shame to say my family and I are planning to switch banks after years of good service. I think the staff is great and have always been very helpful. But Apple Bank as a corporation has become useless.
