I have been a customer for over 2 decades. The tellers know everyone’s last names ave always engaging. The supervisors are all available and are approachable. Do they always offer the best rates? No. All that’s missing is coffee and danish

There are many much larger banks within the vicinity, but none of them come anywhere close to the personal touch and helpfulness provided by the management team at Apple Bank Plainview. I often work with Nahid, she's always eager to help and makes potential stressful situations, stress free!!! Plan to be customer for another 30 years.
I’m a long time customer of this bank. Everyone there is nice, courteous and extremely helpful. I am always made to feel welcome. All of my banking needs are always met with a desire to help.
I called to make a simple question and a women over the phone answered with such a condecending attitude! before the conversation was over she simply hung up on me ! Terrible customer service !
Bank tellers are always respectful and friendly. Tammy, the bank associate is knowledgeable and informative. Not sure how long she's been with this branch in Plainview...I am so glad she is there.
