I’m not typically one to come on Google to write a review, but what occurred this past Friday was simply unacceptable. On Friday, October 3, I went into the Apple bank Plainview location to assist my grandmother with her banking needs. She is 93 years old and is extremely hard of hearing. She asked me to come along to help her interpret. When we approached the tellers counter, we asked the women behind the counter to please help her close her account.
