Top notch customer service these days is rare unfortunately. But the people at this branch always greet and treat me with liked a family member. Always pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to Lynn and Chrystal. They were both super helpful with an Debit card issue I had today. It is nice to see that customer service is still important to some. 😊
Poor customer service was treated with sarcasm and disrespect
Waiting for a simple transaction to be completed takes too much time even when you arrive early way before lunchtime.
It was my first time visiting this particular branch and the teller was so very accommodating, efficient, friendly and helpful.
