As far as banking institutions are concerned, they are ok, the staff is friendly and the place is clean.
Bank is never open past 1pm. Can never make it to get help from a person when something is wrong. However recieved 2 call backs from 2 managers within days of telling their faceboom page i had a problem to ask how to work with me to fix the problem. They gave me multiple solutions. Impressed at the cutomer service and follow through.
