Have been doing business here for several years, they are great and always take care of clients in a timely professional way. Whenever, I go I do business with Carmen Espinosa and this time she was with someone else so I went to Dayanara Carrera and she was great, very professional. This is a great branch!
WORST BANK EVER - this bank is 1 block from me and thought it would be convent but save your self the headache & walk the block to either Chase, Bank of America , or Santander … customer service is not existent, automated system only lets you speak to a human if you say you want to open a account, mobile bank system is outdated & constantly glitches and the worst part is if you deposit money in a atm after 10am you don’t get credit until the next day at 12pm the earlier. More the two hours wait for customers service
The Staff is always professional and friendly. The wait is never too long. Apple is like and old baseball glove, great fit and always dependable! Upon returning to Apple bank I encountered an extremely helpful bank teller named Jazmin who was very helpful and professional. I find the service to be continually good. Thx Apple bank.
