Bank manager gave me such a hard time when trying to take out a cashiers cheque for my rent - grilled me that I should of gone to my local branch even though I called ahead as this was the most convenient location for me. 20+ year customer, to get treated like this is unacceptable and I will be choosing a different bank to keep my money from now on. Teller was super kind and personable, despite the manager.
I have been banking with Apple Bank for the past 34 years. First at the Lindenhurst Branch and for the last 20 years at the Ronkonkoma Branch. The staff at Ronkonkoma is so courteous, friendly, and professional. It is such a pleasure to know all the staff and the staff treats their customers like family. The bank is clean and spacious and Georgette, Kristen, and Kelly always take the time to chat. Anthony, Kim, and Debbie are excellent bank tellers.
