All experiences have been pleasant. The tellers are always kind and knowledgable. I like this branch of people.
Employees have attitude when you ask them to go downstairs to open your box. And you have to wait for a long period so you can have access to your box, The bank need to hire a person to stay downstairs. I think i will cancel my membership if this service continues like this.
