If you do not have all day, do not go to this branch! These ladies who work in here have the slowest customer service I have ever met all they wanna do is chat with you when I expressed. I’m in a rush. I was questioned multiple times. If I was the custodian of my child’s account after I gave her my ID this is not only the first instance, but many instances that I’ve gone to the bank to do a withdrawal or deposit that it takes over 10 minutes to get the transaction done. One of the worst banks in existence. My mom's portfolio with them is up 24% over 14 years. The dollar has depreciated depreciated much in 10 and the S&P 500 is up well over 200%. They only made her 30k over 14 years and charged her close to 60k for services. Evil evil evil.
