Very nice banker helping me with my issue. Not much of a wait to be seen. Loooong wait for the Apple lawyers to respond to a question (WellsFargo handed the same thing faster) so delay in resolving my issue. Few bank locations in Westchester/Putnam.

Great investment broker when it comes to purchasing 18 month certificates of deposit. The interest rate is very competitive with market rates. I will continue to deal with Susan when purchasing new certificates of deposit in the future
