I opened an account with Angel and it was super easy to navigate. He even helped me order a new card with the chip feature that I could use and he keeps in touch for any other assistance I need with the account.
I opened an account here yesterday and I must say it was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a bank. Jennifer was so genuine and kind and I never experienced customer service like that at my old bank (across the street, 2.8 rating, and it shows!). Our daughter opened a Youth Savings Account when she was six years old in the hopes of saving up for a horse someday. We told her that if she saved and didn't take the money out, she would earn interest and her money would grow. Instead, Apple Bank closed her account due to "inactivity" and sent her child's life savings (age 6-14) to the state. I am still trying to get this kid's money back. I could almost understand this being legal for adults' accounts. But Youth Savings Accounts???!
