I visited the bank today to check my account balance and inquire about international ATM fees. Every time I come here, it’s a pleasant experience and a chance to learn something new. Great customer service Thank you, Edgar.
I got charged an overdraft fee for payments on the account. After paying it and the overdraft fee up to a positive balance, I was charged shortly after 5 x overdraft fee for the amount of 175$. All for payments that were made after moving the account to positive balance they were not made on negative balance. They started to deny my statements and forced me to pay all the fees and close the account for no reason. Also the workers were rude. If I could rate them a -5 I would !! If you are black do not go here , they will accuse you of doing fraud. However if you’re a Mendel you are good. The bank teller Treasure Gordon is horrible! I received a check and when I went to get a withdrawal that day to go about my errands, they denied me. Treasure takes the withdrawal money out, I showed her my passport and instead of handing me my money she’s looking through my account.
