Was a very professional interaction with the AST. Manager Edgar Castro. Came to do maintenance in my account and finished getting my Zelle set up and all questions resolved
I appreciate the shorter wait time for a teller, relative to BOA. Though be aware, they won't change money denominations for you, if you don't have an account. They used to, but not anymore. They don't want to put up a sign notifying people. They prefer you wait on line, and when you get to the teller, they tell you they won't service you.
