Positive improvements at this location include new staff and everyone is very accommodating and courteous. The manager multi-tasks well and is very knowlegeable. This branch has improved vastly and provides very good customer service. Every time I enter the bank and wait by the cubicles for assistance the manager who sits up front closest to the entrance NEVER says she will be with me shortly nor does she EVER say welcome to Apple bank. I was in need of opening a checking account, so on Saturday I went to apple bank on court street. I was put off that I was unable to actually enter the bank as no one would open the door. So because it’s close to me on south slope, I made an appointment. We will see the results🤔
Every time I enter the bank and wait by the cubicles for assistance the manager who sits up front closest to the entrance NEVER says she will be with me shortly nor does she EVER say welcome to Apple bank. Each time I required assistance from a branch manager, this same manager never gives me eye contact.
