Positive improvements at this location include new staff and everyone is very accommodating and courteous. The manager multi-tasks well and is very knowlegeable. This branch has improved vastly and provides very good customer service. I was in need of opening a checking account, so on Saturday I went to apple bank on court street. I was put off that I was unable to actually enter the bank as no one would open the door. So because it’s close to me on south slope, I made an appointment. We will see the results🤔
