I visited the branch yesterday to inquire about the currency exchange service, and throughout the interaction, the Caribbean employee assisting me kept giving me a side-eye. I'm not sure if this is a cultural thing, but as an American, it made me feel uncomfortable. The body language gave the impression of annoyance or distrust. Cool place
Walked in the branch to open a business account and they said I had to go to a branch closest to the business address. I had all my documents in order and went out of my way to open an account with Apple Bank but they turned me away. Guess who got my business, not them.
