I recently visited this location to open a bank account, but there was an excessively long line with only one employee present, which struck me as odd. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, but was informed that neither was available at the time. I decided to wait another ten minutes to see if anyone would come to assist with the line or help the customers, but they did not.
