I don’t get these bad experiences other people had to deal with. Recently Chase bank in the city gave its customers with safe deposit boxes news that they are in the process of getting rid of it and that made them look another bank with available boxes, which is extremely difficult in manhattan TD bank had them but now very small size is left at one branch. I had a great experience at Apple Bank, 2100 Broadway, New York, NY. Karen Defreitas was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made everything easy to understand and handled everything with care and confidence. Truly excellent service — Apple Bank is lucky to have her.
I had a safety box and paid for 1 year of service and then went in and closed it early. Although I paid in advance and early and was closing early, I had to pay $25 just to close the safety deposit box account. It is annoying that everytime I need to update my banking information I have to go in person. It makes no sense to have an app if I still have to go in person to make updates.
Very helpful and professional and I think u don't get this feeling in other banks of walking into a castle like u do in this one love it it was my first bank account
