Worst bank in the entire world. Avoid like the plague. At branch everyone is grumpy and bothered and doesn’t know what they are doing and on the phone they are equally inept with zero computer skills in their online banking department.
I had the privilege to be served by Devandra Ramnauth in this Apple Bank site. He's professional, extremely fast and accurate, and very kind. He is the epitome of how Tellers should be providing customer service. Thank you so much Mr. Ramnauth. You are awesome.
Customer service is great, very pleasant people, the Banking there is awesome, l don't have to worry about monthly fees, they also work with you and your account if there is a problem, overall l love this place.
