I had an outstanding experience thanks to Jennifer Sandoval at the Apple Bank on 1168 First Ave. She is an excellent banker who embodies true professionalism. Jennifer was incredibly patient with me, and her ability to speak clearly and clarify all my questions was fantastic. She made everything simple to understand. I had a big problem with a fraudulent check cashing scheme in which 2445 dollars of my check was cashed illegally. Both Devendra and Edith were so helpful in helping me in closing my checking account opening a new acccount. In addition they helped me pay my credit card bill on line since the original check payment was stolen. They were both so helpful and so patient! Worst bank in the entire world. Avoid like the plague. At branch everyone is grumpy and bothered and doesn’t know what they are doing and on the phone they are equally inept with zero computer skills in their online banking department.
