I had a big problem with a fraudulent check cashing scheme in which 2445 dollars of my check was cashed illegally. Both Devendra and Edith were so helpful in helping me in closing my checking account opening a new acccount. In addition they helped me pay my credit card bill on line since the original check payment was stolen. They were both so helpful and so patient! Worst bank in the entire world. Avoid like the plague. At branch everyone is grumpy and bothered and doesn’t know what they are doing and on the phone they are equally inept with zero computer skills in their online banking department.
I had the privilege to be served by Devandra Ramnauth in this Apple Bank site. He's professional, extremely fast and accurate, and very kind. He is the epitome of how Tellers should be providing customer service. Thank you so much Mr. Ramnauth. You are awesome.
