I really like the people who work at this branch
Best customer service ever. Bank tellers are efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Managers are more than willing to help with every request or situation, and go out of their way to do so.
I moved to this branch because at the E84 st 1st ave I was grossly insulted several times by the inferior service totally unacceptable in any bank branch (can document). Especially one lady (not teller) tries to treat customers, especially seniors, as already brain dead, telling a customer to sign here and there under "x" without any explanations. The lack of professionalism is masking by trying to impress customers by her appearance, being decorated by massive tacky jewelry and hardly walking in the super tall shoes. She sh... read more
