My husband and I and issue with our checking account . Someone had change all the details on one of our checks we sent in the mail to pay our rent. I had to visit this Apple branch today for tax information on my account. Initially it wasn't accessible. But the assistant manager Dersie Hornedo took the extra step and was able to retrieve my info for me.
I recommended this branch by my relatives for opening accounts. When I walked into the branch, I saw that only one customer was being helped by a teller. I sat down in the waiting area to get help with opening new accounts, but nobody paid any attention to me . The was only one employee sitting at the third desk looking at her computer. . Then a man came out of the teller area and asked the woman a question . She began speaking to him aggressive and raised her voice.
