This Branch's quality of physical money has always been sub par. Most of it should go back to the Fed Reserve to be destroyed for being dirty and unfit. It has been this way for decades yet the other Apple bank Queens branches money is new or decent. The staff is good and serves the community well.
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I've visited this branch four different times, and unfortunately every visit has been disappointing. The customer service has consistently felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. I never felt greeted or valued as a customer. During my most recent visit, I asked about a check I had deposited. The staff is lovely as well as the manager who is very helpful. A pleasure going there.
