I am a depositor at Apple Bank for almost 30 years. I opened my personal account at the 207th Street branch with Mr. Matt Daly, and my business account at the 73rd Street branch near my office with Ms. Sue Lall. I have always been given the utmost courtesy and respect by all the tellers and officers. Las personas son muy amables y no he oido Mala reputación sobre ellos, tengo mas de 40 años en ese banco y nunca he tenido problemas. Me he mudado y cambio de sucursales. No lo cambiaría nunca.
Here are my concerns. Hate New location from previous. Previous had a security guard. I feel very unsafe entering n leaving after withdrawing monies. Very little staff, no security at Bank is seriously concerning. Always need someone with me when visiting Bank at 207th Street. At best put a security guard. Bank small and easy target. Outside surroundings not safe.
