Las personas son muy amables y no he oido Mala reputación sobre ellos, tengo mas de 40 años en ese banco y nunca he tenido problemas. Me he mudado y cambio de sucursales. No lo cambiaría nunca.
Here are my concerns. Hate New location from previous. Previous had a security guard. I feel very unsafe entering n leaving after withdrawing monies. Very little staff, no security at Bank is seriously concerning. Always need someone with me when visiting Bank at 207th Street. At best put a security guard. Bank small and easy target. Outside surroundings not safe.
I can't say I've had any bad experiences at this bank. So far, they've always been friendly with me and very helpful when I opened my account. I do miss the old bank, which was classy and closer to me. I've read reviews about unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I have no way of knowing but, I have witnessed some customers who could use some social skills.
