In my personal experience with Apple Adjusters I must say they handled my wc claim with professionalism and diligence. Eric and Jodi really took the time out to make sure the overall process ran smoothly for me. Thank you guys for everything you did Well done
They were fairly quick to come out to my place after my house damage. However, they were extremely specific when giving an estimate to repair one thing…in my case, a shed….and, very vague when giving estimates on other things…in my case, framing work. And, while I know all their agents are under stress because of all the recent hurricane claims, my adjuster handling my claim was not only rude to me, but also to a professional roofer that is doing his best to work with them on an additional, supplement claim. I had a great experience! The gentleman who came to my home was very professional and thorough. He even came back after already leaving to make sure I didn’t have any further questions. The process was very easy for me.
The employees were just down to earth understanding individuals that executed my claim in a timely and fair timeframe. The overall experience was a refreshing one.
