Applaya is pretty good. Our IT Manager hired them to custom upgrade some of our database reports. But they also gave us some great suggestions for taking advantage of some of the other tools that were already included in our database applications, so we had them do that to. We were able to migrate some of our data in a way that was more powerful and faster without the performance issues we had before.

We used them second time for our business to setup e-commerce platforms and all the related services. We had another company who initially had a off the shelf software with some custom development and it was a mess. We sought them with some incomplete developments from the previous vendor and they were very detailed from the start in terms of providing hardware options both for offsite setup as well as cloud setup. We worked with Applaya for our E-commerce sites and also marketing and they are so easy to work with. They have various options for us to choose from for our e-commerce for party supply and as well as the rentals. This year they also moved portions of our systems to amazon cloud in a moments notice and saved us from the trouble and money from our old ISP provider. We reached out to Applaya initially to resolve some of our major performance issues both on our AWS databases as well as our locally hosted Oracle and SQL Databases. Their crew did a fantastic job in identifying all the key areas of issues and planning a viable timeline in resolving them while keep our business going. They were easy to work with.
