Fun w/ Food – The class is conducted in a real restaurant kitchen and is very hands on as opposed to many classes where you simply watch a chef demonstrate how to prepare the food. In this class you actually have to get involved and get to do the cooking so you can prepare it at home later. The students come from diverse professional and culinary skill backgrounds which makes for some fun interactions. What a great night! – I did the Mucho Mexican class with three friends last night and had an absolute blast! Shani was an amazing hostess - lots of laughs and some great instruction. We made some incredible food - tortilla soup, chicken mole and a few other things - and learned how to make preparing a meal both fun and sensual! It's a great way to spend a night...eating, drinking and being merry with friends or sig others. Def worth checking out!
