Just had my first red light therapy session at Appel Weight Loss with Kelly, and it was a great experience. Kelly was incredibly relatable and approachable—she felt like a friend who immediately understood my symptoms. The 25-minute session was relaxing and gave me a chance to truly rest. Looking forward to more!
This is such an amazing and healthy way to get back in shape and start feeling more confident in yourself. I had worked with Kelly for a long time and always felt appreciated and uplifted.
