Relaxing experience
I am so excited to be a part of Appel Weight Loss! I have been stuck with dropping weight and I needed boost. I saw Kelly’s post about red light and how their system is FDA approved to liquify fat cells. I decided to jump in and make the investment for two months in addition to tracking my food intake and water. I was amazed!! After one month, I lost 18 inches and 4.5% body fat!! Just had my first red light therapy session at Appel Weight Loss with Kelly, and it was a great experience. Kelly was incredibly relatable and approachable—she felt like a friend who immediately understood my symptoms. The 25-minute session was relaxing and gave me a chance to truly rest. Looking forward to more!
This is such an amazing and healthy way to get back in shape and start feeling more confident in yourself. I had worked with Kelly for a long time and always felt appreciated and uplifted.
