Nice experience. Had a full body red light therapy for 25 minutes followed by 10 minutes on a vibration plate. When I walked 2.5 miles later in the day, the pain in my knee was noticeably less painful, and I didn’t feel the pain in my lower back at all. I’ll definitely give a multi session pack a try. Everyone was very personable and did a good job explaining how red light therapy works.
