My family and I have gone to Donald Appel, David’s son, for our taxes for several years. Last year, he decided not to file one of my family members taxes after we went, gave him the required paperwork, and signed for our return. He never even said a word to us about not filing it. We sent him an email kindly inquiring about it and he did not respond. This year, he does not answer our phone calls. This is very unprofessional as we have used his service and paid him promptly every year. Beware of this unprofessional business!
