Very rude and threaten to sue me
A joke of a business. Showed up at the wrong address harassing my kid.
No one wants to wake up to the repo man but when it happened to me Jeff was the most respectful, professional, helpful guy I could have ever asked for I appreciate great service and people who excel in their profession Jeff is top notch. Got it straightened out with Probate and the credit union had my car back in less than 24 hours. Thanks for being the best person I dealt with in a bad situation Jeff.
