Great service and Great people !!
Visited this shop seriously considering buying an electric bike. Very poor customer service. Hardly acknowledged us except to rudely bark orders. We are not a couple of rowdy kids, instead senior citizens happy to see a local bike shop selling what we were interested in purchasing. Won’t be buying in Murphy.
I went on the two hour tour with my daughter and her boyfriend on a beautiful Fall Saturday afternoon. The tour was lots of fun, and Dan was a great guide. We did not have any previous experience on an e bike, and it was easy to learn. I highly recommend Appalachian Electric Bikes and we are looking forward to another tour in the future. David
