I wouldn't suggest anyone banking with this union. They are definitely not there to help, and completely unprofessional.
I have had accounts with many different credit unions over the years and I am seriously disappointed in ACFCU. We started a new account only to find out later that they do not support Quicken, one of the most popular personal finance software platforms in the nation, or Quickbooks for that matter. They also do not participate in shared branching, which is an important way for credit unions to maintain similar levels of convenience as national for-profit banks. Opened a new account I signed up for e statements and the still pulled money out of my account for paper billing fees essentially stealing money for months and proceeded to do nothing nor offer when I closed my account. I just moved to the area so didn’t notice cause I had yet to transfer my deposits over and I’m glad I didn’t. The teller was very rude and condescending.
