Very good people
Have had a loan and savings account with them for 3 years and haven't gotten a single statement the entire time. Pay off the loan and all of a sudden I start getting a paper statement and they charged me $2 for it. Go in to close the savings account and get the money and not only do they tell me they are keeping the money for the paper statement I have to pay them to close the account. I have to pay you to get my money out? Rip off. They did some shady stuff with the loan also.

Just purchased my second CD with Appalachian and they have been great to work with! Very aggressive CD rates and great customer service so far. A great alternative to other credit unions in the area. 10/10 would recommend!
