I was pretty disappointed with their Matcha. Had high expectations... seems like they would be the kind of place that had good Matcha. But their Matcha came out brownish and I couldn't hardly taste the Matcha. And it was $10. .. other than that the people are really nice there and it's a really cute shop! I've had a chai and that was really good there. My recent experience with their Matcha just was a bit disappointing.
What a treasure! My new favorite place in Richmond. Every staff member has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have ensured I found the BEST product for my intention twice now- even if the best option was the less costly. I always consider that a sign of a fantastic customer-focused business. The environment is so relaxing as well.
Sincerely one of the kindest companies I’ve done business with lately. Super fast service and an actual interaction with a kind human. Totally recommend.
This is a beautiful space with an incredible selection of scents. The whole feeling of Apothec is perfect - it’s thoughtfully curated and decorated in a way that soothes the spirit. Delightful place - I will be going back.
