If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is contracted through the city of Detroit. On a recent senior trip to Chene Park hosted by Dept of Parks & Recreation, the bus did not arrive to pick us up from Kemeny Center (Southwest Detroit) on time, she was an hour late, when she did arrive, she looked disheveled, and dirty. Very very unprofessional. When it was time to leave from Chene Park, to go home, the bus was nowhere to be found.
