Arrived after one hour driver and assistant were good. I was late at my doctors appointment. The returned did not happen. They never showed up and I had to pay for taxi and did not had anyone to help get up the stairs to get to the main entrance I just had a hip replacement surgery and I was in severe pain I was left at doctors office over an hour waiting for them and having pain and no medication with me Please stay away from this company. The do not care about you
Very upset....told driver twice before he left when to come back to take my 91 y/o father in w/c with amputation back to nursing home. Had to call 3 times...he was 1 hr late and looked different then when he left....like he was at a party.
They are on-time, friendly, helpful, and kind. Jasmine, Jenny, and Tony are wonderful!
Find another service. They promise timely service, do not deliver. Do. Not. Use.
