Apollo has been my go-to for vape juice for years. Their online ordering has been down for several months now. I contacted them and was made aware that they’re running into difficulties with the California vape restrictions, so that’s understandable. The website has been shut down for a month for so-called maintenance. I have taken my business elsewhere. Maintenance for a month ?
Zero customer support. I placed an order on 9/3/23. They sent a tracking number but usps was never in possession of the item. I sent 3 emails to customer support, and followed up with a voicemail. It’s 9/8/23 and have not received a response. The site now says it’s under maintenance (for 4 days now), and if you call customer service the mailbox is full and you can’t leave a message.
