This company is disgraceful. Ruined what was once a beautiful caring home at The Bays in Hastings and now run it like a business cutting costs and employs cheaper under qualified foreign nurses. Replacing our amazing regular staff who go beyond what is asked of them. Boycott at all costs. My loved one has suffered due to this company taking over. And the new resident service manager is pathetic. Shocking company who has destroyed what was once the best aged care on the peninsula. Shame
Shocking company who have ruined what was a top quality aged care home at "the bays" until their take over with their cost cutting, ridiculous 'values', a new manager who doesn't even know the residents and called my mother the wrong name on numerous occasions. I feel terrible for the good staff who have been there for years, you can feel the shift in the place. Apollo care are absolute rubbish. Deserving of zero stars
