I ordered Xmas gifts 11/30 and they never came over ONE backordered $30 coin I begged them to cancel, they refused and told me I could ship to my family's house where I was staying for Xmas, made me pay expedited shipping and the gifts NEVER came, hence I had to drop everything Monday 12/23 and spend all day finding new gifts for my family.
