When it came time for mainteance we scheduled for Feb 3rd. The tech never showed up and I called them at 4 pm and they said he had an emergency. I asked why they did not call me since I waited all day they just said sorry. I asked for a discount of the $232 they charge for the reschedule they said no discount. I fired them and hired another company to do it cheaper. Avoid this company Do not let them install or maintain, they do not support veterans.
