Although I have never hired Geoff Beese or Didi Smith as Public Adjusters (or Geoff as a roof inspector) both Geoff and Didi have spent a lot of time with me on the phone educating me about how insurance claims for hail damage work, how they can help me if my insurance company does want to pay a claim and more recently how to handle a dispute with my roofer when the work done was sub-standard (thank you Geoff!). These are amazing people. I had a large insurance claim that increased greatly after I got APIA Source involved on my behalf. We were able to claim quite a bit that I didn't know would be covered. Your first reaction is I have to pay then how much, but they covered there fees plus a generous amount above. They handled all the stress of dealing with the insurance company. If they can't be of help to you they will tell you upfront. You will not regret hiring them.
