5 days ago, my wife and I were ran off the road by a careless API Express driver who was recording himself on his handheld cellphone, in an active construction zone. This all stemmed from the truck driver trying to keep people from passing him on the right side, as he was in the left lane, patiently waiting to enter the road work area, which I do respect. Wreckless drivers!! Truck/driver under truck #118, USDOT2558643, License plate P1243416 ran 6 cars, including mine, off the interstate in a construction zone. While traveling in the left lane he ran 4 cars off the right shoulder in the active construction zone and then 2 more off the left shoulder from right lane, all while workers were present and to make matters worse he was on his cell phone recording himself driving us all off the road.
