I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with this bank. I was initially approved for a loan online and scheduled an in-person appointment, which gave me confidence that the process would be straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, I was not clearly informed about the documents I needed to bring. As a result, I had to leave and return home—twice—just to gather items that should have been communicated to me ahead of time. If I could leave no stars I would. This credit union is so difficult to work with unless you steal someone’s wallet and want to cash a check against their account.. that’s fine.. but normal business.. don’t ask APGFCU.. they are no help and everyone will tell you something different. I will be moving my money out asap
Can't print a new card, card maker has been down for multiple weeks. Went to another branch to get a card and was given a card with a defective chip and I had to change all my numbers. Do not do business here.
