I'd leave zero stars if possible. Unfortunately, this credit union advised my wife and I incorrectly when setting up auto-payments for a vehicles loan, causing a late payment and credit marker. Since, they're "changed phone systems" and cannot find certain recorded calls where we were advised and refuse to adjust with the bureaus. Their customer service team (VP's and Managers included) are highly misinformed and unprofessional. I'd strongly recommend other local credit unions or banks - these folks are complete amateurs!
If you need a new card because your 2024 one has split and doesn't have a tap feature, they won't courtesy call you to let you know it is blocked, but they'll send a message to the app. Customer service has really gone down here!
The day after my dad died unexpectedly, I forgot to transfer money from savings to cover two payments that hit my checking. Because MY DAD DIED AND I WAS GRIEVING. I went in person to this location to ask them to please waive the overdraft fees as I was in the process of closing my checking account anyway. They refused. The "customer service" person who refused to help me did not even bother to say "I'm sorry for your loss." I was treated like trash. You're better off doing things from the website. The loan officer I spoke with offered little information or advice in my meeting with them. Couldn't even offer me the terms of the loan. Very dissapointing.
Kimberly was amazing!!! She helped with multiple loans, and worked with me on what was in my best financial interest. Communication so key and I couldnt be happier. Thank you!
