Always have issues with this institution. Today they tell me they are having no issues with their online banking...... yea sure then why doesn't it work? Call on Monday? What kind of institution is this....?? Remember their only real value is competitive used car loans. Everything else you need a real financial institution. They need someone like me on their Board of Directors, long term customer with real world experiences with them.
