I opened a representative Payee account for somebody that was receiving Social Security. They gave me a card that was blue that had no expiration date or a three digit code on the back so therefore you couldn’t pay no bills with it so I went to Social Security and told them about the card and showed it to him so they can return told me to tell the bank to open a fiduciary account maintenance I gave the person the name so I assumed they opened that type of account this was in 2024 the person passed so I go to close the accoun... read more
Ever since I made my payment at THIS branch for the 1st time on Jan 8th my account has been messed up so bad. I have NEVER missed a payment and I was just charged at the APG on post over 100 dollars and was told "It is late fees built up over time" ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? My payment history is 100 % been to the tellers every month and NOT ONE has told me I owed extra. I will be paying this off next week and will never do business with these people again.
I just spoke with someone whose tone came across as rude and unapproachable. It felt like she didn’t want to be disturbed or assist me. As a customer, that experience was disappointing and frustrating. Professionalism includes being helpful, respectful, and friendly, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in this interaction. The conversation negatively affected my mood, and I hope this feedback helps improve future customer service experiences.
Not happy , I usually pay my loan payment on Post at the Aberdeen Branch every month with no isssues. For the first time I stopped in on the 8th of January at 1030 am because my friend works security there and was going to just say hi. I went to make my normal payment and the lady told me I was 2 dollars short. I went out to my car , got the 2 dollars and made my payment. I thought everything was fine.
