I’ve had a great experience at Apex Physical therapy. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your recovery. The therapists and assistants take the time to explain everything if you have questions and makes each session productive. I’ve noticed real progress since starting here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality physical therapy. I came to ApexNetwork looking to recover from 12 week of non motion from surgery and pain the Therapist were very knowledgeable and experienced in motion and body function they slowly worked me out of pain and retrained me into movement to stay out of pain , I'm very thankful for the employees and staff and the Apex therapy group for there commitment to their patients a willingness to get me back to pain free movement 😀
About 4 months ago, I was having the time of my life on my husband’s e-scooter—until I wasn’t. I was flying through these incredible paths in our park. I panicked, I lost control and wiped out! I fell into a pile of river rocks. Some kind young men helped my husband load me up into our SUV and off to the hospital we went. I came in hurting so bad and then when I’m done, I’m so thankful I made the commitment to come in 3 times a wk. I’m so much better from where I started. Staff is so friendly and knowledge amazing and professional. Kudos to all the stuff. Their expertise is really helping me and others who have voiced it here! Thank you Jodi, Jeff, Kayla, Abi, Julie and all the previous staff who left to begin new journeys. All your help is very much appreciated.
I'm writing this on behalf of my son , we came here because it's close to where we live. The receptionist is awesome , he had Jagger on his first appointment, he was awesome and very professional. The second visit Chris was the therapist and he was so disrespectful, unprofessional, yelling at my son, rolling his eyes and scolding him as if he was a child. Everyone heard him. We canceled his next appointment with Chris and hopes that this will never happen again from another therapist. Considering going elsewhere.
