It's was very busy and at times quiet hectic. Many times the computer system was down and the therapist had to rely on memory for prior days treatment .
All the staff is amazing and caring. Front desk Andrew always asking if I have any concerns.
Rebecca at the front desk is very friendly and found appointments that would work into my schedule. Kyle the PT Assistant is very knowledgeable and kind. He meets you where you are, and offers a lot of encouragement. Because the PT is rotating, I received my evaluation by Justin, who was great, but that was his last week. I have not had the opportunity to work with the new PT yet. The Apex I go to is on Ajo and very close to my house. Knowledge and convenience, can't ask for more!!
