My first visit was great!! Beth made me feel at ease and took time to explain things to me in detail. Wonderful atmosphere from the front desk receptionist to all the workers there. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have had excellent care at Apex Physical therapy on South Lindbergh. From the front desk to the care, every interaction is respectful and very customer-oriented. When calling to make appointments or address anything else, everyone who answers the phone is polite, addresses any questions and if they do not know the answer, they find out. If I call and receive a voicemail, I always receive return calls in a perfectly reasonable timetable. As far as the physical therapist I usually have, Erin, the care has been excellent. I have been to many physical therapy facilities over the years, and the team at ApexNetwork is by far the most knowledgeable and professional I’ve experienced. Ronda at the front desk is always so helpful, kind, and personable. I’ve worked with Erin and several of the PTAs, and everyone has been exceptionally proactive and attentive in managing my care and pain. Highly recommend!
